Can't open vault using Knox 1.5.3

I put approx. 1.6 gig into a vault called storage1. I click on it and it doesn’t
open up an password box. And when I click on it in the menu bar the vault is
not Highlighted. I new to the Mac (from having a PC for years). I’m not sure
what to do.

P.S. Actually I have 2.5 gig in the vault call storage1. I was able to open it and close it several times
when I first downloaded the trial version. Later in the day when I tried it again it wouldn’t work. I have Mac os Leopard. Thanks

The vault being not highlighted in the menu might mean we’ve gotten stuck trying to open the vault.
Could you open /Applications/Utilities/Console.app, press the “Show Log List” button, and in the list, select “All Messages”. Now you can filter messages in the upper right corner. Try and see if “Knox” or “diskimages” gives any results. If anything interesting comes up, could you email me the results to our support email address listed in https://www.knoxformac.com/support/#bugs, under “Bugs and Feedback”.

Just to be certain, is your copy of Knox the latest 1.5.3 version?

I do have the latest version of Knox 1.5.3. I emailed you the results from my console.

When I tried to open my vault today…...it worked. I tried it a number of times and it worked.
What would have caused it to not work yesterday and then work today? Thanks.

I can’t say for certain what actually happened, but from the logs it appeared that some NIB files could not be read from. Did this go away by itself, without touching the Knox application?
