If you need help with a Knox problem, do the following:
Use this forum’s search functionality to see if someone else has already encountered and/or solved the problem. The Search button is in the top-right corner of the window.
If not, post a new topic on the forum. If your question or problem is not confidential in nature, the best place for it is on this forum. We monitor this forum as often as the support email address, so help is just as near. The upside of posting here is that the topic becomes searchable by others looking for the same information.
On private matters, contact our helpdesk. Some issues are private—for example, if you need to describe your setup or the data you are storing in a way you want to keep off a public forum, you should email our helpdesk. Likewise, commercial issues like payment problems and requests for quotes are best dealt with by email.
If you have lost your license key, use the automatic receipt resender. To use the resender, though, you need to remember the email address you originally used when buying Knox. The receipt will be re-sent to the same address. If you can’t remember the email address, you need to contact the helpdesk so that we can update our records.
