Problem with Order

Hi, I tried to order Knox but encountered some problems. As specified in the stickies here, I sent an e-mail to the helpdesk mail address (several mails, in fact), but I haven’t gotten any answer, and it has been over a week. I can’t really get into details here, since the order was done with credit card. So I would really appreciate if you could contact me on the e-mail used to contact your helpdesk, not the one I signed up in the forums here with. Regards, |

Ok, still no answer. I ordered Knox on the 7th, using the in-program ordering thingy. Money was drawn from my account, but I got an error in the app. It said something about connection error or something along those lines. I received no license key to my e-mail. I’ve tried to send you several e-mails, and this post above, but I’ve gotten no response. I can’t help to feel cheated, and I think its really bad that you don’t answer any of my e-mails or posts. What am I supposed to do to get help? |
