I recently purchased Knox and I think I’m going to love it, except I’m having one big problem. I can’t move any vault created in my user account to a WD 80 gig external harddrive. I tried moving it using the Knox home page,selecting “move” and then the WD hardrive. I also tried to drag a vault from the Know folder in my documents. I tried to “create” a new vault in the ext. drive and copy or move files/folders to the open vault and nothing works. I thought filevault may be the problem so i turned that off. Still not working.
I get “error” messages saying the drive may be full [it is empty] and the latest one says”operation could not be completed error code 1309”
Am I doing something wrong? When I use Knox to create vaults in my home account, everything works just fine. I want to back up the data on an ext. drive using the Knox vaults for security.

I think I found my own problem. I did not have the External drive formatted properly. i cleaned everything out, created new volumes with the proper format for Mac and now all seems to be working well. I apologize my own inexperience. this is the first time I have tried working with external hardrives.At the end of it all,I learned a valuable lesson, even if it consumed a lot of time doing so.
