Can´t open

After using Knox with no problem for months, now, when I try to open my vault, after enter the correct password in the window “Enter a password to open the vault.”, the vault does not open and a message : “sistemas de archivos que” = “files system that” appears left to the Cancel and OK buttons HELP! I can’t open my 108,17 GB Knox Vault!!!! Thanks in advance |

Try to open the archive with Finder. Ctrl-click to the vault and choose Open with.. > DiskImageMounter I frankly do not know about the message, I can not find that among the error messages of Knox. We have just English and French localizations and that looks more like Spanish or Portuguese -Jussi |

Knox is passing the localized-by-the-system error message down as-is. The English equivalent is probably “No mountable file systems”, which means either a problem with the system or with the vault in question. Reboots have been known to help; alternatively, you can try repairing the vault in Disk Utility (available from Applications/Utilities). |
