Hi! You can delete a whole-disk vault by first closing it, quitting Knox, reinserting the drive and erasing the volume in Disk Utility.

Disk Utility can be found in /Applications/Utilities. After reinsertion, your thumb drive should be in the sidebar, with “(Knox vault)” appended to the end of the volume name. Simply select it, click the “Erase” tab on the right, choose a new name and click “Erase…”.
