Topic: Knox / Compacting error

Thank you very much for your reply. Meanwhile I continued working with that vault (added some files, deleted some). Today I tried compacting it again via knox preferences and now it works. Unfortunately I can’t say what I did to make it work. Maybe a second restart in the meantime fixed it? I tried restarting my Mac before. I’ll let you know if that error appears again. Thanks again!

Hi! I tried to compact a 42GB vault and Knox asked for the password. I typed the correct password for that vault but the password form appears again with a crippled error message, which reads “Funktion nicht” (german) that translates to “Function not”. So I don’t know what’s wrong. The vault mounts correctly. MacBook3,1, Mac OS X 10.5.2, Knox 1.5.3
